OUR ETHOS
Made with Love, Care and a Fair Wage
At Ruby Jack, our greatest drive and motivation is to create and produce artistic jewellery that comes from a place of genuine excitement, inspiration, and integrity.
Our pieces are handmade in England from start to finish. By designing and making in-house, we are able to support our team and nurture our local creative community. Our intention is to create great art in the form of jewellery. No AI, no CAD, no fakery.
We use a mix of part recycled/reclaimed and fully recycled metals where possible and are constantly researching and reaching towards an even greater harmony with mama earth.

We believe that sustainability starts with the people we work with and how we care for them, and so we are an accredited Living Wage employer, which means we are committed to paying a higher minimum than the government’s rate. This real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the actual cost of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers who wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum.
Quality, Backed by a Lifetime Warranty
We employ highly skilled creatives and silversmiths in our studio and collaborate with UK-based artisans for processes such as casting and gold plating. Lost wax casting, an ancient technique, is used to create the majority of Ruby’s designs.

We believe in our jewellery and so should you. We also believe in extending the life cycle of our designs – backing them with our Lifetime Warranty. In the rare event that your item has a fault we will cover the cost, no matter when. We go further by offering highly subsidised rates on restoration of accidentally damaged or heavily worn pieces.
All of this is done in-house – giving you the same reassurance of quality as when you first purchased. We believe this makes us a truly sustainable option for those seeking unique and artistic jewellery.

Carbon Offset Shipping on Every Order.
Ecommerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. That's why we work with cutting-edge companies that remove carbon from the air in order to provide you with carbon offset shipping.
Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.
A few of the companies that operate to enable our carbon offset shipping are:
Heirloom
Heirloom's direct air capture technology enhances the carbon mineralization process. Heirloom's technology speeds up the rate at which naturally occurring minerals capture CO₂ rather than using energy-intensive fans to draw air in.
Remora
Remora captures CO₂ from semi-truck tailpipes as they drive, with the CO₂ destined for long-term storage.
Charm
Charm captures CO₂ using plant waste, converts it into a stable, carbon-rich liquid, and safely stores it deep underground—out of reach of wildfires and soil erosion.
