Inspired by the home of artists Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, The Daphne & Apollo Hoops are an abstract realisation of Duncans "Daphne & Apollo" paintings, and of the mirrored statuesque figures surrounding the infamous studio fireplace.
Both Vanessa and Duncan were key members of The Bloomsbury Group and their home - Charleston Farmhouse - is still to this day a living, breathing, immersive work of art. Every inch of it painted in their block print patterns and naive animal illustrations.
